Lumenf End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Lumenf mobile application (the "App"), you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

2. App Purpose & Permitted Use

Lumenf is a creative tool designed to provide real-time human pose detection, reference image overlay (Ghost Mode), and depth image analysis for artistic, animation, and photography purposes. You agree to use the App solely for lawful, non-commercial or personal commercial creative purposes, and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

• You shall not use the App to violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You shall not modify, hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• You shall not use the App to transmit or store harmful content, malware, or any material that violates applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and software code) are owned by the App developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS devices in accordance with this Agreement.

Content created by you using the App ("User Content") remains your property, but you grant the developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze User Content solely to improve the App's functionality and provide core services.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE USE OF THE APP.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

The developer reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our official channels, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the developer. The developer may terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.
